As the founder and managing member of LCS Forensic Accounting & Advisory, Max leads a team specializing in financial and tax due diligence, accounting transition services, and fractional CFO services.

 

Beyond his work at LCS, Max is a co-founder and general partner at Minds Capital, a private equity fund focused on a portfolio of independent sponsor-led acquisitions. His deep understanding of financial due diligence, valuation, and risk assessment enables him to bring an investor’s perspective to every transaction.

 

Max also contributes to the Meeting of the Minds Podcast, a platform dedicated to independent sponsors and deal-by-deal private equity, where he shares insights on financial due diligence, valuation, and investment strategy.
